D Type Hydrapulper is a inevitable equipment in D-type continuous pulping system, used for pulping all kinds of pulp board, damaged paper and waste paper. D-type hydrapulper is made up of “D” type tub, rotor device, outrigger, drive mechanism and motor and other major parts. The machine is equipped with VOKES rotor which makes the contact of stock and rotor more frequently and more quickly. That shortens greatly the disintegration time, and increases the production capacity without increasing the power and volume.

1. Equipped with VOKES rotor, low power consumption, high disintegration efficiency.
2. The gap between cutter and sieve plate is adjustable to maintain a stable and high pulping efficiency.
3. Pulp chamber of rotor is higher than the undersurface of pulper barrel, which can prolong the rotor and sieve              plate  service life.
4. Using a complete set of European standard belt wheel, can shorten maintenance time, improve work efficiency,           reduce operating costs.
