Structure Principle about The Ragger

1. The Ragger consists of a frame, motor, reducer, transmission chain, upper pressure roller and lifting device, winch, hanging wheel and guide roller.
2. The motor drives the winch to rotate slowly through the reducer and the transmission chain. The winding impurities in the hydrapulper form strands and are continuously pulled out. The running speed and direction of the strands can be adjusted according to the process requirements.
3. The upper pressure roller presses the strands tightly, and its pressure can be adjusted through the lifting device.
4. The guide roller supports the strand rope and reduces the running resistance of the strand rope.
5. The whole Ragger is integrated into one, with a simple and compact structure.
