Structure about The Kraft Liner Board Paper Machine

1. Headbox: There are three sets of air-cushion headboxes, corresponding to the surface layer wire, core layer wire, and bottom layer wire respectively. By controlling the gas pressure in the headbox, the sizing pressure head of the pulp is controlled and stabilized.
2. Wire part: three-layer wires, namely surface layer wire, core layer wire and bottom layer wire. They are each equipped with a forming wire.
3. Pressing part: divided into first pressing, second pressing, third pressing and fourth pressing. First press is a vacuum press with a vacuum suction roller. The second and third presses are presses with large roller diameters. The fourth press is the gloss press.
4. Drying part: Φ1500/Φ1800 drying cylinder, group transmission and equipped with closed air hood.
5. Inclined surface sizing machine: one chrome-plated metal roller and one rubber-coated metal roller. The surface sizing machine pressurizes ripple pneumatic tires.
6. Calendering part: Double-roller calender, the upper and lower rollers are metal rollers, and the pressurization method is ripple pneumatic tire pressurization.
7. Reeling part: Pneumatic horizontal paper reeling machine, the pressurization method is cylinder pressurization.
