The working principle of the Bale Breaker
Bale Breakers usually consist of the following core parts working in coordination:
Feeding system: The whole patina board/waste paper is transported to the working platform of the bulk packing machine by chain conveyor or forklift.
Unpacking unit: Utilizing hydraulic or mechanically driven hook claws, cutters or rotating toothed rollers, it precisely cuts and removes the strapping tape.
Evacuation/Crushing unit: This is the “heart” of the disperser. It is usually composed of one or more high-speed rotating rotors equipped with wear-resistant hammer pieces or toothed knives. When the slurry packets enter this area, they are violently impacted and torn by the high-speed rotating rotor and are dispersed into small pieces.
Discharge conveying system: The evacuated materials are forcibly and evenly thrown into or sent into the hydraulic pulper through the high-speed belt conveyor or screw conveyor at the bottom.
Power and control system: Driven by a high-power motor and automatically controlled by PLC, it can be linked with the pulper and screening system, and automatically adjust the feeding speed according to the concentration and current of the pulper.
