The core working principle of the light impurity separator is reverse centrifugal separation. Its operating process is opposite to that of the heavy-duty cleaner, as detailed below:
Pulp feed: Under a certain pressure, the pulp enters the upper conical cylindrical section of the desludging unit tangentially through the feed port, generating intense rotational vortex flow.
Centrifugal Force and Vortex Core Formation: During high-speed rotation, the denser accept pulp fibers are thrown toward the wall by centrifugal force and move downward along the wall, eventually being discharged from the bottom accept pulp outlet.
