Structure Description about The Kraft Paper Machine

1. Fourdrinier wire part: consists of headbox, wire table stand, walkway, white water tray, dehydration element, vacuum roll, drive roll, guide roll, doctor blade, water spray pipe, paper edge cutting water needle, wire tightener, corrector and other parts, and all roller bearings are lubricated with grease.
2. Pressing part: Pressing mode is one ordinary press, one large-diameter gantry press. All press rollers are covered with synthetic rubber, and the bearings are Wafangdian bearings or Luoyang bearings. The pressurization method is pneumatic pressurization.
3. Drying part: The drying part adopts large gear transmission, and the frame has a box-shaped structure. The operation and transmission sides of the drying part are equipped with longitudinal walkway and necessary horizontal walkway. The steam hood shell is made of high-quality rust-proof aluminum alloy plate material with ripple surface all around.
4. Reeling part: adopts horizontal pneumatic reeling machine. It is mainly composed of a paper roll cylinder, paper roll main arm, auxiliary arm and its transmission device, doctor blade, automatic reeling device and buffer braking device.
