Working Process Of Drum Pulper

1. Waste paper is fed into the feeding hopper through a conveyor, where it enters the pulping area of the drum pulper along with water and chemicals. The waste paper is soaked in water and chemicals to a qualified concentration in the pulping area.
2. The waste paper slowly moves forward by gravity, and the scraper on the inner wall of the drum continuously picks up the waste paper and drops it onto the hard drum wall at a certain height,
3. Utilize shear and friction forces to loosen the fibers of waste paper. Due to the non cutting process, the fibers of waste paper are almost undamaged, and the length and strength of the fibers are well preserved.
4. Impurities enter the screening area, and accept pulp enters the slurry pool through the sieve holes. Impurities continue to move forward and are completely discharged at the slag discharge outlet.
