Structure Of Double Disc Refiner

1. The dual disc refiner consists of two fixed grinding discs fixed on the casing and movable seat, and two rotating grinding discs installed on the rotating disc.
2. The pulp enters the center of the grinding area through two pulp inlet pipes at the main body of the casing and the stator blade inlet. Under the action of centrifugal force and pulp inlet pressure, it passes through the grinding area and is sent out through the pulp outlet.
3. The rotor disc and main shaft are connected by spline floating connection, allowing for flexible axial movement.
