Construction Of Chain Conveyor

1. Frame
Composed of a head frame, a tail frame, and a middle frame. Made by welding channel steel, angle steel, and reinforced steel plates. There are four tracks in the middle of the rack for the rollers to run, made of light rail.
2. Tightening device
The tensioning device adopts a spiral tensioning method to adjust the tightness of the traction chain.
3. Chain plate section
Composed of traction chain and groove plate. The traction chain adopts impact resistant, stable and reliable sheet type traction chain, with rollers installed in the middle of the inner chain to roll on the track to reduce frictional resistance and wear.
The groove plate is fastened to the traction chain with bolts.
