Features of The Air Cushion Type Headbox

1. The upper lip can be fully and partially adjusted, and the distance between the fine adjusters is 120mm.
2. Equipped with a headbox control system, which can be connected with DCS system signals to realize program logic control.
3. The box is equipped with a plexiglass observation hole to facilitate observation of the pulp level height.
4. The main pulp inlet pipe adopts a square cone shape and is equipped with a return port. The cone tube body is welded with stainless steel plates and the inner wall is polished to facilitate cleaning of the square cone tube and orifice plate.
