Working Principle about The Inflow Pressure Screen

1. It is a device that continuously screen under pressure in a completely seal condition. During operation, the pulp enters the outside of the screen drum along the tangential direction from the pulp inlet pipe on the upper part of the machine body.
2. With the help of the pressure difference between the inside and outside of the screen drum, qualified pulp passes under the action of pressure. The pulp and impurities that cannot pass through the screen slits (holes) fall to the bottom and are discharged from the slag discharge pipe.
3. The rotating fins on the outside of the screen drum can generate a gentle pressure to further improve the annular flow of the pulp, and its tail generates negative pressure to backwash the screen slots (holes). It can prevent the screen slits (holes) from clogging, allowing the pulp to continuously and smoothly pass through the screen slits (holes) to ensure continuous screening operation.
