Single effect fiber separator is a fiber separation equipment used for pulp making, mainly for impurity separation, pulp residue separation, and pulp grinding in the pulp making process.

Working Principle Of Single Effect Fiber Separator

1. When the plup rotates at high speed inside the casing, it generates strong centrifugal force. Under the action of centrifugal force, heavy impurities, fibers, and light impurities in the pulp are radially layered due to their different densities.
2. Heavy impurities move along the inner wall of the casing. Due to the conical shape of the casing, heavy impurities gradually concentrate towards the larger end during movement and are finally thrown into the heavy impurity outlet for separation;
3. Light impurities have a small specific gravity and are concentrated in the central area. They are continuously discharged from the outlet of the large end center. The light impurities contain fibers and need to be recovered using a vibrating screen.
