In the pulping production process, the vibrating screen is an important coarse screening device primarily used to remove impurities such as plastic fragments, rubber particles, and metal chips from the pulp to ensure pulp quality and stable operation of subsequent processes. Its structure mainly consists of a screen frame, vibration damping device, vibrating motor, as well as pulp inlet and outlet ports

During operation, the pulp is evenly fed into the screen frame through the feed inlet. Under the excitation force generated by the vibrating motor, the screen plate undergoes high-frequency vibration. Qualified fibers rapidly pass through the screen openings under the action of gravity and water flow, forming accept pulp, while larger impurities are retained on the screen surface. These impurities gradually move toward the discharge outlet through vibration and screen inclination, ultimately being expelled from the system. This process achieves effective separation of fibers and impurities.
