Modular Design: Typically employs a parallel configuration of multiple separator units (e.g., “stage” and “section” setups), allowing flexible adjustment of processing capacity based on production requirements and quality standards to achieve optimal purification efficiency.
The “stage” and “section” of the pulp purification process: To achieve higher purification standards, lightweight separators are often arranged in a multi-stage and multi-section configuration.
Grade: Refers to the number of purification cycles. After primary purification, the clean pulp is fed into another separator for secondary purification, known as secondary grade.
Section: Refers to the reprocessing of waste pulp. The waste pulp from the first section (containing a higher amount of fibers) is directed to the second-stage separator for recovery treatment, aiming to minimize fiber loss. This “progressive clean pulp and staged waste pulp” process is a standard configuration.
