Inflow Pressure Screen Working Principle

The pulping tangent enters the cavity between the cylinder and the screen drum. The pressure difference on both sides of the screen drum causes the qualified fibers in the pulp to flow into the screen drum through the screen holes or screen seams, and are discharged from the pulp outlet at the bottom.
The pulp residue left on the outside of the screen drum is discharged through the tailings port under the pressure of the pulp and the push of the rotor. The high-speed rotation of the rotor plays a self-cleaning role.
