Above the glue roller, there is a rubber inlet tube that supplies glue between the two rollers. The amount of glue inlet is controlled by a valve before entering the rubber tube. Adjustable pressure blocking plates are installed on both ends of the glue roller to prevent the glue from flowing away to both sides of the roller surface and to keep excess glue flowing in the glue receiving tray below the glue roller. The scraper device is used for guiding and peeling paper. Generally, during normal production, the scraper should be lifted to extend the service life of the glue roller.
