Working Principle

The pulp is pumped into the separation chamber along the tangential direction from the top of the cylinder. The centrifugal force generated by the high-speed rotation of the impeller is used to cause the pulp to circulate in the separator. The heavy impurities in the pulp are quickly thrown to the periphery and along the cylinder. The wall rotates and heavy slag enters the slag removal system. Light impurities gather in the center under the action of centripetal force, and are discharged from the outlet at the front end of the center under the action of pressure. The accept pulp after the impurities are separated passes through the sieve plate and enters the next process.
