Working Principle Of Conical Refiner

The pulp is pumped into the grinding chamber through the pulp inlet of the front cover. Before entering the rotating cutterhead and stationary cutterhead for grinding, unclean impurities are pulled down to the sand removal box under the action of gravity.
The rotating cutterhead rotates under the drive of the motor, causing the pulp to generate centrifugal force and enter the grinding area composed of the rotating cutterhead and the stationary cutterhead. Under the action of the knife teeth, the pulp fibers are cut, split, and broomed. Twisted and crushed to produce qualified pulp.
