Single effect fiber separator is a pulp making equipment used in the paper industry, mainly used to separate light and heavy impurities in pulp and perform secondary crushing on pulp from hydrapulper.

Working Principle Of Single Effect Fiber Separator

1. The pulp is pumped from above the cylinder into the separation chamber along the tangential direction, and the centrifugal force generated by the high-speed rotation of the impeller is used to circulate the pulp in the separator,
2. Heavy impurities with significant proportions in the pulp are quickly thrown to the periphery and rotated along the cylinder wall, and the heavy slag enters the slag removal system.
3. Light impurities accumulate at the center under centripetal force and are discharged from the outlet at the front end of the center under pressure. The separated impurities in the pulp enter the next process through the sieve plate.
