The pulp pump technology of Leizhan Company enables paper making enterprises to utilize resources more efficiently, reducing the waste of water and electricity and secondary pollution. This attention is not only reflected in the energy-saving design of the equipment itself, but also in the company’s strict control over the entire pulp production chain.
It has been verified through practical application in large-scale paper making projects such as Jintian, Jiangsu Province and Huishan, Hebei Province.
Core technical features
The pulp pump of Leizhan is hydraulically designed based on the theory of solid-liquid two-phase flow, breaking through the traditional design method of impurity pumps. By regarding the movement of solid particles inside the pump as the discontinuous boundary condition of liquid movement, the flow channel morphology of the flow-through components was optimized, making the hydraulic performance of the pump more in line with the actual flow law of the slurry. This design significantly reduces the erosion and wear of the slurry on the impeller, pump casing and other flow-through components, while improving the conveying efficiency.
The specific technical advantages are reflected in the following aspects: the operating efficiency is on average 3 to 10 percentage points higher than that of ordinary pulp pumps, and energy conservation and consumption reduction reach 15 to 30%. The key components are made of wear-resistant metals or high-chromium alloy materials, and the actual service life is 2 to 3 times longer than that of ordinary pumps. The concentration of the conveyed pulp can reach 6%, and it has excellent anti-clogging performance. The structure adopts a front door or rear door design. During maintenance, there is no need to disassemble the pipeline, making maintenance convenient.
