Reverse flow design: The pulp flows from the outside to the inside of the sieve drum in a tangential direction, opposite to the centrifugal force, causing impurities to be moved away from the surface of the sieve drum by centrifugal force, reducing the risk of blockage and improving impurity removal efficiency.
Rotor technology: The rotor is located on the outside of the screen drum. When it rotates, the rotor head generates positive pressure to push the screen, and the tail forms negative pressure to flush the screen gap, achieving self-cleaning function.
Pressure difference drive: Relying on the pressure difference inside and outside the screen drum to drive qualified fibers through the screen holes (seams), coarse slag is separated by centrifugation from the bottom slag discharge port.
