In modern paper making industry, raw materials (such as waste paper, wood pulp board, bamboo pulp, etc.) do not directly enter the paper machine to produce finished paper. Its workflow is usually as follows:
1. Feeding and initial acceleration: The pulp to be processed enters a high-speed rotating conical separation chamber (drum or shell) from the tangential feeding port of the equipment at a certain pressure and flow rate.
2. Generate a strong vortex field: After the pulp enters, due to the constraints and guidance of the wall surface, it is forced to rotate at high speed along the inner wall of the cavity, forming a powerful three-dimensional vortex. In this vortex field, centrifugal force becomes the dominant force.
3. Density stratification and separation: Heavy impurities are thrown to the periphery, light impurities are pushed to the center, and qualified fibers pass through in the middle.
