The structural performance of the inflow pressure screen
1. Screen drum: The screen drum with a fine screening gap width of HO.15mm uses water jet cutting technology to make grooves on 8mm thick steel plates, forming circular holes and burr-free grooves. Unlike mechanically milled and ground grooves, it will not cause stress or end cracks. Hard chromium plating process can also be provided to enhance the wear resistance.
2. Rotor: The fine screen rotor is equipped with 3 to 4 rotors. After assembly, it is strictly balanced to ensure that the rotor does not vibrate when rotating at high speed. The rotor is installed on the main shaft, and the rotor is installed on the rotor through the lead screw. The gap between the rotor and the screen drum can be adjusted.
The coarse screen rotor adopts a drum-type external rotor structure and has its dynamic balance corrected. This structure can prevent impurities from entangling the rotor and affecting the normal operation of the equipment.
3. Shell: Composed of an upper cover and a cylinder, the lower part of the cylinder is provided with a tangential slurry inlet pipe, the middle and upper parts of the cylinder are provided with slurry outlet pipes, and the upper cover is provided with a sludge discharge port and a flushing water port.
4. Transmission device: including motor, pulley, V-belt, belt tensioning device, main shaft and bearings, etc.
