The pulp screening machine reject separator is an important piece of equipment applied in the paper making industry. Its main function is to remove impurities and debris from the pulp to improve the quality of the finished paper. This process is crucial for ensuring the smoothness and durability of the paper.

The core working principle of the reject separator: simple and efficient
Feeding: The material to be processed is evenly fed into the feeding port of the separator by a pump or gravity flow.
Screening and separation: Materials reach the core working area – the screen basket or screen mesh. The screen basket rotates at high speed driven by the motor, generating a powerful centrifugal force. Under this effect, the liquid and fine particles are rapidly “flung” out of the screen and collected before being discharged from the filtrate outlet.
Sludge discharge: The solid sludge trapped on the inner side of the screen is continuously pushed towards the sludge discharge port as the equipment keeps running (some models are equipped with screw propellers or scrapers), and is eventually automatically discharged from the machine body. This process is continuous, ensuring the efficiency of production.
Cleaning (optional) : To prevent the screen from clogging, many advanced models are equipped with automatic cleaning devices. Through a high-pressure spray system, the screen is regularly or continuously flushed to ensure consistent screening efficiency.
