The working flow of the sizing machine: The paper sheets drawn from the dryer group enter the wedge-shaped sizing groove formed by two sizing rollers for surface sizing, and then enter the next group of drying cylinders for drying. When the paper sheet enters the sizing groove perpendicularly to the line connecting the centers of the two rollers, it can be used as a double-sided sizing. By changing the inclination of the paper sheet entering the sizing groove, it can be used for either single-sided sizing. One of the two rollers is a chrome-plated roller, and the other is a sizing roller. The chrome-plated roller is fixed, and the rubber roller is pressurized laterally and upward. The pressurization mode is pneumatic, using a hyperbolic pneumatic tire device and single-point transmission.
