Double Disc Refiner Structural Principles

The double disc refiner is composed of a refining chamber, a transmission mechanism, a base, and a motor. The refining chamber consists of two fixed grinding discs fixed on the casing and movable seat and two rotating grinding discs installed on the rotating disc, forming two grinding areas. By replacing the grinding discs with different tooth shapes, it can adapt to the beating requirements of various pulp. The pulp enters the center of the grinding area through two pulp inlet pipes, passes through the grinding area under the action of centrifugal force and pulp inlet pressure, and is rubbed and squeezed by the toothed discs in the grinding area to complete the pulping process.
