Working Principle Of Double Disc Refiner

The double disc refiner consists of two fixed grinding discs fixed on the casing and movable base and two rotating grinding discs installed on the rotating disc, forming two grinding areas. The pulp enters the center of the grinding area through the two pulp inlet pipes on the casing and the movable base. It passes through the grinding area under the action of centrifugal force and pulp inlet pressure. After being crushed by the toothed disc in the grinding area, the impact completes the beating process. The pulp is sent out through the mouth.
